Such a great experience with Dr. Fleming! I was honestly a little nervous about going to my eye appointment, but Dr. Fleming and his staff made it such a good experience. Everyone was really kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Fleming took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Doctor and staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable. It was also the first time I've been to an optometrist who took time to explain my prescription and what's going on with my eyes, instead of just giving me a new prescription and shuffling me out the door. Dr. Fleming is very helpful and ensures you are taken care of.
I wish I could rank a negative star here due to: messed up my appointment and randomly linked me to other customers at Rochdale location.
I have been going to see dr Fleming since 2017 I think. Not 100 percent sure how long I’ve been going there but it’s been a long time he is very knowledgeable and always gives you all the info you need. He also is very good at explaining problems and things that are wrong with your eyes.
