This review is for the new dentist that recently took over this practice. As a patient, I experienced continual pitches for expensive treatments that I knew I didn't need. They kept me in the office for 1.5 hours for the "initial visit" even though I had been a patient of the prior dentist for years. I heard another patient stating "I have to leave. This is taking too long." It was a horrible experience and I'm happy to say, I will not return.
As a patient of Dr. Plascyk for over 20 years, I was naturally hesitant about seeing a new dentist following his retirement, particularly because of my high expectations. Upon entering the cozy and inviting reception area you're greeted by AnaMaria the incredibly capable and knowledgeable office manager - she wears many hats and she wears them well. Dr Chintala is wonderful! She is kind, compassionate and vastly knowledgeable in all things dental health and the wholly holistic approach the practice is known for.
