Dr. Neufeld is a fantastic pediatrician, and my family and I were lucky to find her. She’s always helpful and available. My son had been sick a lot his first year of school, and we’ve been lucky to get same-day appointments. I like that she actually tests kiddos to see if they have something going on via nasal swab instead of just prescribing antibiotics. I could not be happier with my family’s time at Healthy Cubs. Dr. Neufeld is a fantastic physician and made us feel welcome and cared for every time. She is great about listening to her patients and about deferring to parents about what is or is not normal for your child. She has always educated us on issues when we come in and talks to us like real people to make sure we understand and can deal with whatever we can at home. Absolutely love the staff and Dr. Neufeld! She is always welcoming, never tries to force anything on you, listens to your concerns, and your kids! Phenomenal doctor!
Im a first time mom and can say that all the staff is fantastic and so is Dr. Neufeld. She has been able to put my mind at ease and is so great with my son.
