Nice place. Friendly people.
Company doesn't give a crap and neither do the doctors. They charge you $500 just to fill out a physical exam form for dhs. Doesn't make sense. Used to do it for free even just last year. Anyway I would advise just paying a price up front to go to a better doctor, because they're on Medicaid type payments anyway they don't really do a good job and barely try to help you even when they are trying.

Had to change my review. They care more about their pockets thn your mental health. Sorry for the truth and they will hang up the phone when you’re having mental breakdown
