I’m a new patient at Healthy Connections in Little Rock, and I’ve had such a great experience so far! Everyone has been welcoming, helpful, and professional. I especially want to recognize Maddie at the front desk she is truly a gem! She’s friendly, patient, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service and feel genuinely welcomed as a new patient. Thank you, Healthy Connections, for making my experience such a positive one!
These people don't care about your health especially the female Dr Tilley. She took an hour to see me, then when she did she refused to refill my meds that ive been on for years, as well as refusing to call in something for inflammation for my back. P.S we aren't talking controlled substances either. Disgusted
This was my first Doctors appointment in several years, as i have just gotten health insurance. I was admittedly nervous because of this fact and that the reviews i’ve seen of this place were not recently good, but i can confidently say the opposite of what i’ve read. Everybody i’ve spoken to here, the receptionists, nurses, and my doctor are very friendly and kind, and i feel like i was genuinely taken seriously today. I feel very good about my visit today, and am so happy to get my foot in the door to get the care i need.
Healthy Connections has allowed me to take back control of my mental health over the years. Dr. Tilley always puts the patients mental health and well being first, while also focusing on the medical needs as it pertain to the visits.
