The doctor here Zach is amazing, however the staff at front desks are not the friendliest! I’ve needed an MRI on my back for over a month now. The doctor, Zach sent my referral then. I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with anyone, the office never answers and I have to leave a message for a call back which takes hours. Full blown corporate facility! Zach’s is a good doctor, but his hands are tied by corporate control! Another inadequate health facility!
I'm a Veteran, but because I didn't kill Osama Bin Laden or have a note from my mommy, I cant be seen. What about Veterans choice? Signed into law i might add.
