I would I could give them 100 stars. I am beyond amazed at what they were able to do with my carpets, which I thought stood no chance. Service and price is icing on the cake. Don’t think twice about hiring them!!
John and his team are fantastic. They're extremely responsive and professional and do fantastic work. On top of that, they use a cleaning agent made of grapefruit seed so it's not harmful for children or pets (we have an 8-month old child in the house). The technician we've worked with is courteous and respectful and went out of his way to put pads on the corners of our walls to ensure that the hoses don't leave marks.
