I am so happy that Healthy Chef Meals is in our city! Being someone with a plant-based diet here in Shreveport, it is so critical to have a place that you can go to with prepared meals that are delicious and good for you! They have so many different options to choose from and their deserts are off the charts! Try a sweet potato cinnamon roll and thank me later! TOO GOOD.

I need your pastry recipe. It’s so flakey and crispy! We’ve eaten their beef Wellington, Thanksgiving feast, and more. It’s all amazing.
I ordered several items for the family to eat for dinner. Note we eat vegan and vegetarian everyday. Not one person liked anything that was purchased. We ended up cooking after all and spent $$ for no reason! Will never go back!
I picked up food for our shop today and it was so great! We had the spring rolls, vegan gyero, and the hummus wrap. Everything was fast and totally delicious!
