You fill out the necessary paperwork & start the process of joining. You wait for a couple days. You call back the Agency & you want to meet at certain time that works best for you because of Mental Health Conditions. Their NOT willing to work with you on the best time to meet you. It's like the Agency way or the highway mentality. I would give this agency no stars if I could.
I actually liked seeing Ashley R. She was really down to earth. You could talk to her like she was a friend, not a therapist. I however will not be going back because of how the receptionist Pat treated me on multiple occasions.
The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. All of the staff that I have worked with have made an impression on me with their sincere and empathetic approach. It is clear that they genuinely care and have the skills to help people who are struggling.
The staff here are so friendly and make you feel at home. They provide a lot of services and go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend seeing their therapists if you are looking for counseling for trauma or family problems.
