This massage place has become absolutely hopeless. Sack them all. There was a time 4-6 months ago, that this place was great - all scheduled and documented, and those doing massage were thorough. Went to day as we had booked for my wife and i for 1pm for two one hour massages which was confirmed as booked in as of 11:17 am this morning We got there they were running late, but noted the manager was not documenting - writing it down. Fabulous massage, definitely go back
We will never go back! I booked the day before to make sure that we could claim a remedial massage using our health fund. I was told yes that would be fine, so I made the booking. At the time of payment (the next day) we were told, ‘too late’ we should have let them know we wanted to claim earlier. (At this point, we weren’t sure what she meant… let them know earlier?) Front sign says 20mins shoulder and neck but had to pay $50 for 30mins. Almost closing, lady couldn’t have been less interested. 10mins spent on my lower back even though asked for shoulders and neck 3 times. Massage done after 25mins if I’m generous but probably more like 20mins and for $2.50 a minute this is a big deal. I Probably wouldn’t bother going back. I Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the massage on my shoulders which was probably 5 mins was actually pretty ok.
Terrible. Not a remedial message. Rubbed my back very lightly, had no clue what the heck theu were doing . Ive never had to tell a massage person to put more pressure and where to go. Waste of money. Should have read other reviews. I would avoid !!!
