Adjusting to 1 star. Dr. Hilary herself is great, but unfortunately her front office staff is not. My appointment was rescheduled to 11:30 am without my authorization. As I was already on my way to the office, they called again and attempted to reschedule me to next week, stating they were no longer seeing patients for the day even though I had clearly communicated that I was arriving for our originally agreed time of 11:45 am. So far, I have gotten a chemical peel as well as a hormone evaluation done with Hillary. She is personally dealing with every single patient and makes it a point to only see 16 people maximum each day so that she can give adequate care to each. I have been on the receiving end of that care multiple times now. When I went in for a chemical peel, I had no idea that it would result in a full plan to diagnose and treat my hormone imbalances naturally! Hillary really knows how to make me feel taken care of. She listens to every single one of my concerns and is always quick with responding via app. Her assistant Samantha is very welcoming and kind as well. These ladies have been a great pleasure to visit with during my appointments! I’m so glad I found her and couldn’t recommend her care enough to anyone. The absolute best!!!!
