I was extremely excited about this office opening. I loved every experience I have had at the office, but in the last month my son has been sick on and off and everytime I call the office noone picks up the phone! I have called on 3 occasions now and all 3 times noone answers. This is a pediatric office how do you not answer your phone?
The Lockport staff is great to deal with! The practice overall is the worst ever!!! When is it normal to run out of multiple meds each month then have a problem getting them? Also good luck on getting through to the Lockport office when 9/10 times you get someone in a call center saying they are in Lockport and you can barely understand them!!! Definitely don’t recommend this practice for anyone!!!
Easy to get an appointment! Thought this was going to be a good office to receive my care. Unfortunately that's not the case. I came to get a work physical and first thing they couldn't find my paperwork that was faxed over. Then went to a room to wait for the doctor and had my vitals taken but the computer wasn't working so she had to leave and get a new one. We love healthy beginnings! They are very accommodating and the nurses and drs are wonderful and kind! They are very respectful of parent’s wishes and never pressure anyone as many other offices do. I recommend them to everyone!! 5/5⭐️’s!
Ive greatly enjoyed seeing Jean Hayward and am highly disappointed that now I have no gp , and while I got an appt for paperwork 2b filled out , it never happened and is now PAST DUE yet no appt to fix the issue
