This office has been been great for my now 3 year old. Very responsive and helpful. Dr. Trevino has always answered our questions and explained things. You can tell she actually cares and even called me back when I called late at night the day before a major holiday, I really think that she saved my child's life that night.
Love everyone at this office. Truly thankful for the staff here! My girls enjoy coming (besides the shots, but that is to be expected lol)
I take both of my kids here who specifically see Maria. She is thorough, understanding, and so kind. She takes her time explaining things and always has recommendations that put a parent at ease. The staff is also always polite making it feel like family.
Words cannot even begin to express how amazing everyone is, from the office staff, to the nurses, Dr, etc. The NP, Maria, took minor concerns very serious and had us check our sons blood sugar after he was experiencing headaches for 2 weeks. This lead to an endocrinology referral and an extremely early diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes (stage 2). Without their quick thinking and action, we wouldn't have known until he became much sicker and for that we are so thankful.
We were recently recommended to this place and enjoyed the first visit. However, things quickly changed for our second visit. We had an appointment at 9am. We got there at 9:10 and was told our 12 month old daughter would not be seen due to being 10 minutes late. Mind you we had no clue this was their policy nor did they think to call us. The office was completely emptied meaning no patients. My husband and I went to Walmart to gather a few items for our daughter, as we drove by the parking lot was still empty.
