Spoke to a Medical Assistant named Melissa, OMG. If she wasn’t the most dismissive and rudest person that’s supposed to be helping people, I don’t know what is. Horrible and gave off this vibe like people worked for her, get a grip and do better as a person! I would definitely not recommend or refer anyone or a my family member there. Just sad.
if I could give them a negative, I would. The doctor I saw was rude and accusatory when I voiced my concerns. It was followed by another doctor that seemed nervous about the whole thing and did not know what to do. my first visit with them, I was waiting for 2 hours only to be told that the front desk lady had not let them know I was there for my appointment.
