This is the type of Health food store everyone dreams about! They are knowledgeable and share that information in order to help, not just to make a buck. When I went through a health crisis, the owner helped me to find the vitamins I would need to get me through it. He also told me I didn't need to buy vitamins if I was eating the right food!
