The front office staff is incompetent. They wouldn’t provide me with the proper paperwork required for dental insurance reimbursement. After paying them 5,000 dollars the least the could do is provide me with a receipt with a correct address for reimbursement.
RecommendedWent to see Dr. Lopez and his staff for the first time. He was very thorough and explained everything. The staff definitely make you feel welcome and are friendly. I especially like that they do everything in house (I may need a dental implant and will not have to be referred out:)Another bonus.... for the first time in my life, my teeth are not in the least bit sore after a routine cleaning. Dr. Lopez was extremely gentle. I recommend 💯 %!!
