I called to set up an appointments for a couple of guys to get testing done. Emma the lady that answered had a rude tone like she could care less to help me so I took my business elsewhere to get handled. As long as she’s employed there I won’t be sending anyone! I would give 0 stars if I could because of her

Unprofessional. Rude. Unwilling to accept it in writing when cleared by an outside surgeon. Short tempered, and unwilling to do their jobs. I sincerely hope that the river companies are able to find a cheaper, better option Healthworks needs to completely revamp their staff, or close their doors forever.
I would give them zero stars if I could. A refusal to accept clearance letters from doctors, a lackadasical attitude regarding individual situations, and generally unhelpful. I wish the river companies would find someone else to do their medical paperwork. Healthworks does not work.
