It s time to review after many many troubles happen to me in just 4 months long VIP membership with HW. Already cancelled the membership since it was 2nd month. Pros: -They provide various kind of cardio machine, nice Pilates Reformer Studio, and nice and big Locker room and wet area(Sauna&Steam&Shower rooms). -My favorite massage therapist is Christine Hogan -Swan is the best trainer and pilates reformer instructor. (Soooo many) Cons: -Unfortunately, they have real terrible communication among managers and front desk peopl... read more
