Everyone in the ER was very helpful very nice the waiting hours were long but the nurses are really nice thanks for the help that my family got from you guys

The pediatric emergency room is wonderful. I am comfortable with taking my son there. Staff is friendly and confident. Service is always prompt.
The level of care and bed side manner is unprofessional. It only seems to be the Newbern Avenue Wakemed.

My last 3 visits to WakeMed where great. I must say they have really changed. If I was sick I would beg to bypass them. WakeMed has really grown to be a great hospital and The staff is great.
I think that they suck , I spent 3 days there & was not diagnosed accurately. My room was extremely nasty, bathroom very nasty, the floors looked like someone had vomited on them . There was a very nasty cloth on the table next to the bed & was still there when I left & the floor was extremely sticky . Bad sheets were never changed. Never will I go back there again. Kept giving me moraphine to shut me up, I requested that I did want that stuff in my body but they continued to put it in me . I’m done with them
Went in with an elevated blood pressure. Some weakness and shortness of breath. They ran so many tests to rule things out and I felt so good in their care. You may have to wait longer because it’s a Level 1 Trauma Center but the staff there is great. The nurses are so awesome. None of them complained once how busy they were. Always checked in on me and made me feel like I mattered and my health mattered. Highly recommend.
Wake ER us a joke. My daughter waited over 3 hours and was not seen. She has a history of pancreatitis and levels can escalate fast and the pain is all but unbearable. Left and went to JMH Clayton and was seen immediately. Went to Wake because GI dr goes there..sorry Dr. won't be going to ER there again!! I had a 6 week old baby at home too!! I needed to get back to. So Wake Med you get a rating of 1. Please mail me the survey.
