They don’t pick up the phone, ever. Authorized services through a third party treated as a walk-in. Unreliable.
They don’t take walk ins . No on at help desk waited over 15 minutes to be helped . They didn’t realize anyone was at the desk there was 4 other People also waiting to be help.
Went for a random DOT drug screen. Helpful staff. Very clean
I’ve been here twice and never again!!it’s horrible everybody who works here seems confused the waiting time is insane and one time I had to call the front desk from the waiting room to see if they forgot about me. They did! Good luck if you go here it’s no joke Better to go elsewhere
The lady that give you the paperwork for your drug screening is very rude and has an attitude with black people but treated the young white lady different . I had to hold my tongue from her rudeness attitude today . I don't know if she doesn't like working there but at least treat the people with gentle and kindness, Friendly if you going to operate at the front desk . Thank you
