I had to purchase medication for the first time and the cost was upsetting. It blows my mind to see the cost of medicine in this country. I don’t see how the elderly can afford it. I found Healthwarehouse out of desperation. I’m praying Healthwarehouse will continue throughout my life time. I am only 65 years young. I am so thankful for this company. I am telling everybody. When my prescription company insisted I should use a "black box" drug, medication federally classified as dangerous to use for my age group and condition, I found Healthwarehouse and was able to receive the medication my physician preferred at a reasonable cost. Refills arrive on time and the price has remained stable. Excellent company.
Due to the RSS Rule on 1 of my Scripts, the other Medication was held to save on Shipping Cost's!!! I ran out of the other Medication and Healthwarehouse.com had to Overnight it to me. Healthwarehouse.com's attempt to save on Shipping Cost's caused them to have to eat the expense of an Overnight Shipment to me.

I'm truly sorry for this. There is no excuse for the delay on your medication. It is not only poor customer service, but it puts you're health at risk. Our standard policy is to split the order so that one medication does not hold up the other, but we made an error here. Our management and pharmacists have begun a review of the order processing to identify where and why the error was made. Excellent if you have no insurance! MY only gripe is that you can't transfer a script from a pharmacy unless you order it at the same time. I'm on a limited income, and I need my medicine as soon as it runs out. So I'm stuck having to go to my old pharmacy and pay TONS more when I'd like to just transfer the script and order it as soon as I need it.
Wonderful company to deal with. Very fast and efficient.
