I was a member of Healthtrax for 7 years. My experience was excellent until the recent manager was hired. When she started at Healthtrax she instituted a new rule (not in my contract) that we had to have our pictures taken. I politely declined and she publicly humiliated me and harassed me repeatedly because I declined to have my photo taken.
