Thank you to Dr Sepulveda & her staff at HealthTexas. It’s been a pleasure each visit. Today I had Irma P. do my vitals & was impressed with her knowledge & kind manner. As a senior, we appreciate that. Dr Sepulveda is wonderful. She took the time to help me understand my issues after spending time reviewing my history, meds & health complaints & where we go from here. She is really interested in me & my long term health. I wish all my past doctors were as good.

everyone was so kind and welcoming, they must love what they do because they are all so positive and kind. Shout out to one of the best phlebotomists an older gentleman, he took my blood out in less than ten minutes and it didn’t hurt or make me throw up at all!! Unfortunately i did not get his name, but he been doing it for over 20 years and his name started with a L i think, but he was amazing. overall this is one of the best primary care clinics with kind compassionate staff that love what they do.
I was suppose to be a new patient. The only day new patients can be seen are on Mondays. I had to reschedule so I called that morning to move it to another day. When I arrived on my new Monday appointment they said there was a charge of $25 due to no show for the original day. I paid the charge and then left without seeing the doctor. I was so upset that it seems like they care more about the money than the patient. I would put a zero star if possible.
I had a great experience at the Wurzbach clinic. When there were no appointments available, Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She called several nearby locations and found an appointment for me later in the afternoon. On my way home, she even called again to let me know that a morning appointment at the Wurzbach location had opened up and asked if I wanted to take it.
