Trinity Williams is very articulate and thorough. This was at the Health Texas Wurzbach location. I am very impressed. Michelle was also extremely helpful and friendly. Shout out to Clarissa as well!
I had planned to establish care at this clinic, but this experience completely changed my mind. I rescheduled an appointment, yet I was still charged a no-show fee. The billing department instructed me to call the clinic directly to resolve it. When I spoke with an employee named Ellie, she was argumentative from the start, offered no help, and made no attempt to reach a resolution. I have literally never had a provider take the time to hear out my concerns and find specialists that I felt comfortable working with. My cousins come here and gave me the recommendation, and I literally cannot thank her enough. Tiffany Williams, PA is the main provider I see and she is awesome - truly takes the time to hear me, and appropriate check ins with medications - I cannot recommend her and Dr Calderon enough! I've given a 5 even though I am devastated that Dr. Walter is no longer with you. I don’t understand. No warning, nothing. I mean he's literally the face of Health Texas. He always took time, explained everything so even my husband understood. He always had positive attitude and never judged. Just helped. I hope his future patients know how lucky they will be to have him, wherever he goes. Thank God PA Williams is still there, cuz she's the next best thing!
