I have literally never had a provider take the time to hear out my concerns and find specialists that I felt comfortable working with. My cousins come here and gave me the recommendation, and I literally cannot thank her enough. Tiffany Williams, PA is the main provider I see and she is awesome - truly takes the time to hear me, and appropriate check ins with medications - I cannot recommend her and Dr Calderon enough! I've given a 5 even though I am devastated that Dr. Walter is no longer with you. I don’t understand. No warning, nothing. I mean he's literally the face of Health Texas. He always took time, explained everything so even my husband understood. He always had positive attitude and never judged. Just helped. I hope his future patients know how lucky they will be to have him, wherever he goes. Thank God PA Williams is still there, cuz she's the next best thing! Unreliable, poor communication and constant misunderstandings and gaslighting. I called for a prescription yesterday and they said "it wasn't called until this morning".
All this clinic it’s really concerned about money instead of taking care of their patients. They’re concerned about payment more than caring for their patients. They don’t help the patients especially if they’re struggling financially they want the payment upfront or else they will not be able to see the doctor what kind ofcustomer service is that and what kind of doctors office is this?
Wow what more can I say for as long as we have been patients with Health Texas we are always greeted with such a kind smile and genuine care from Michelle Jaimez. She goes above and beyond for us as a family and we all love her so much! Talking to other oatients in the waiting room they always say such nice things about her. She is such a tremendous asset to Health Texas. We hope she stays with you all for a long time. It’s hard to find employees like her I hope you all know what a gem you have found!!
