Shout out to Lee! He is ALWAYS so kind and cordial. Truly your staff is the best.
Front desk staff needs to be re-trained in customer service. They take a long time to acknowledge me and help me when they are clearly making me wait what feels like on purpose. The clinical staff are great, professional, and caring. When I call, they seem to get frustrated when helping me as well.
Health Texas on Wurzbach was awesome. Jessica, Diego Treviño Cristina we so attentive and helpful. Love it here! They really live what they do!
