I had a wonderful experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The receptionists were both very kind and made the check-in /check-out process easy. FNP Crystal Banda was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. Today I visited the doctor’s office, and the entire staff was very kind and welcoming. Stephanie helped me with my blood work, and she did an amazing job — I barely felt the needle at all.
I came to Val Verde location and Stephanie drew my labs. She was very polite, professional, and I didn't even feel it!!!!
As a new patient,I enjoyed my appointment at this location.Receptionist Paula was very helpful.Christian Aldrete APC.was very attentive and professional.Ashley-MA was great.And George was very pleasant.overall,it was a good experience.I was seen at my appointment time,which was fantastic.
