I’ve had a horrible experience with this office. I’ve been a patient for over 6 years and my appointment always gets cancelled because the dr calls in and then they won’t fit me in to see anyone else they want me to go to another office or offer me an appointment a month and a half later

I am a patient at Health Texas, I was having fin problems and I had a balance that was due I would call in and talk to the billing dept letting them know I did not forget about my balance I will pay it as soon as I can I was making payments to them on my balance.
