Sherida Suarez and her MA Annette were very kind, attentive, and they answered all of my questions and concerns! I was able to get in pretty quickly, and Sherida Suarez was the best MD that I have had to date. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and tried her best to help me in whatever way was possible during my office visit. I definitely will continue my care here going forward!
Sabrina & Annette Both medical assistants!! Love them:))) very friendly and know how to make the Pt feel comfortable. Also really recommend Dr.Suárez!! She’s very attentive and amazing listener. Allows you to try certain things and if you aren’t comfortable she’s more than welcome to to find another solution:)))
Jennifer in the front office was very helpful and Annette was very thorough and super sweet when she took my vitals. PA Julie is always wonderful as well! I’ve been a patient here for 20+ years and they have always taken good care of me and my family!
Rosemary has an amazing attitude and is very helpful in customer service. I felt comfortable with her educating me with my request.
Wonderful experience. Veronica “Mom” at the front desk was incredibly helpful. There was a little insurance mix-up, and I was honestly trying to remember if I had an HMO or PPO. She lightened the moment by joking that maybe I was covered through a PetSmart promotion, and we both laughed. Veronica also had a few old wives’ tales to share.
