Not a pleasant experience at all. Rude, condescending and did not listen to my concerns. Will not see her again.
I started going to see Dr. Bahr at this clinic in November. He and his staff are extremely unresponsive when inquiring about RX refills and approvals. They truly don't care if your questions or concerns re addressed. I have changed to a new primary care doctor.
Per my request dated 08/25/2022 for refurrals for a sleep study and Inspire valuation, you were sending a refurral to Southern Sleep Diagnostics and BAMC dated 08/26/2022. As of 10/13/2022 Southern Sleep Diagnostics has not received a refurral for me. On 09/15/2022 I sent another message to you because still no refurral. On 09/25/2022 I sent a message to Sergio Hernandez because I never received a reply from you after 10 days. Sergio said he would take care of it and send refurrals again. Was a patient of Dr. Clark's for 11 years. She abruptly sent my spouse and I a letter stating that she was permanently discharging us from her practice, as a result of a past due bill in the amount of $74. It hadn't even reached the 90-day mark yet. Very unethical, greedy and heartless.
