I’ve been a patient for many years. While the medical staff is amazing, and no one draws blood better than Gracie. I have to give props to the ladies at the front. The Maria’s and Audrey are always so pleasant. I work in primary care so I know it’s stressful at times but those girls work with a smile. Every time.
First of all it is so nice to be welcomed by Maria S.,Maria D. And Audrey. They make you feel like home and you can see they love what they do. Victoria was also friendly but professional. Dr.Max Cruz has been my favorite Dr. I wouldn’t change him for anything. He cares how you feel, your needs and always takes his time going over all the medications. He makes you feel so comfortable. Had a visit with Dr. Orlando Rodriguez yesterday. The whole experience was great. From the welcoming staff of Maria D., Audrey, Maria S., Jayme and Leticia. They attended to me promptly. I was escorted by vey friendly Vicky who took my vitals. Upon checking out I was helped by Ysabel. She helped me out with setting my next appointment. As I have just turned 65 she referred me to Health Texas patient navigator. Which I appreciate. Choosing Medicare can be confusing.
