There was an order left off of my Labs. Yudith not only drew blood painlessly, but patiently (and kindly) addressed my inquiry and got the order added. Fantastic!
Yudith was extremely helpful and super nice with my visit today. In my past, nurses and techs could never draw blood from me in the first stick. Usually would take 3 or 4 in each arm and hand. But Yudith gets it in the first shot every time! She is so nice and friendly as well. I have always felt so welcomed and motivated at this location by my Dr. Casiwa and all the staff. I’ll be honest, I was over 325lbs and most drs made me feel guilty about my weight and I couldn’t help but feel shamed. I know they had my best intention... read more
