unfortunately to say that a negative review will be given to the ladies that answer or book appointments. they make you sound like your dumb for wanting to change clinics and compare you with other patients. I got Bianca for my vitals and she's very nice and very caring. I hope I get her next time I'm at the docs. The front is very spacious and has alot of chairs. The front staff are super nice. The phlebotomists are the best I've ever had, I'm a hard stick due to my medical issues and they get it the first time! Nit multiple tries like I've been everywhere else. I was early to my appointment but because I wasn't 20 minutes early, they said they had to reschedule me for 3 weeks out. I will absolutely never go here again. I don't recommend that anybody go here. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. There was also somebody using drugs in the parking lot. This is not a safe place.
Jailine Lab was soo professional and very attentive to my needs. I did not even feel they poke that is how amazing she did her job.
If I could give zero stars I would. Who in their actual right my would accept an appointment for a sprained ankle and not have boot braces in stock ! Very unorganized very unprofessional. Then the the assistant PA is comfortable with just telling you whatever to move you along !! Other patients were in the office searching for answers that should have been provided to them.
