Every time I see my PCP is better. Caring, friendly, professional.. all of them! Today, Ari checked me in & out. She even helped me with this new iPhone. Detra took my BP & more. She’s from the Perin Beitle location; & was very nice & thorough. Lauren came in to retake my BP at the end. Such good care. She was great. Of course Dr Abby Alexander was professional & spent plenty of time with me.. ordered a Referal & a test. My first visit with health texas was excellent. Front desk Cynthia and kande and ari were very pleasant and helpful. Ali was exact and competent. My physician, Dr Wynn, and I connected. So glad I picked health texas
Health Texas is an amazing practice. I see Dr Wynn and she is fantastic. Since coming to health Texas I have switched my fathers pcp to Dr Aguero at the Val verde location and he is extremely pleased with them as well. Both doctors listen and genuinely care about your health.
Took my dear friend who has dementia to his doctor's appointment today. They were fast getting us into an exam room. They were very kind and helpful. Dr.Hains-Trevino was great. But my hat goes off to the labtech Fonda, who drew Jim's blood, etc. She went out of her way to explain every detail of the process so that Jim would understand what was going on, because with dementia it may seem like the first time.
