Shady business practices. Waited over a year to send me a bill for a copayment that I paid at my appointment.
I recently became a new patient here and i honestly love it. I feel comfortable and everything you need to take care of is all in one place. Also customer service is top tier!!! Erica is amazing at the front desk, Dr. Thomas is a blessing and the nurse assistant is also the bomb !!! 10/10 would recommend
Impossible to get thru to anyone by phone. Every time you call to make an appointment they pick up and hang up right away. First red flag to a practice when staff doesn't even want to answer incoming calls.
