Great explanation and demonstrating for each muscle for all equipment and exercises done.
Those who have worked with me have been friendly, helpful, and very encouraging. I found hydrotherapy the best, it was so kind on my joints and some of the water exersizes were fun too. Gym I am finding a lot harder, but I trust their expertise when they say I'm ready for it. The only faults were that they cant fit me into a better time slot due to being fully booked out (I guess they are THAT popular) and once I was given waterproof exersize sheets, but they were the wrong ones and were not the same as the exersizes they ta... read more
I’m going weekly to physio in the hydrotherapy pool, and all the healthstin staff are so good. They are invested in getting the best out of my sessions for me, pushing me to do my best. They make individual plans for us to follow and ensure I do the exercises correctly. Highly recommended
