I look forward to each session in the pool doing my exercise therapy as Lisa and Liam are so friendly and easy to talk to, and they always listen to how I'm feeling and adjust my exercises accordingly. If the big pool is too cool for me, they put me in the smaller pool checking. I'm ok all the time during my session so I don't over do it. They make my sessions fun, we talk and it's really great. Get team that supported my rehabilitation journey. Liam and Jarryd both gently pushed me starting with hydro therapy and now into the gym, I know the huge improvements made. Would definitely recommend the team and the facilities at Elizabeth Aquadome. They will help you on your path.

My son takes part in hydrotherapy every week. He loves it. The therapist is super amazing and has formed a great relationship with my son. He is always very professional in handling my sons quirks. I have seen a huge improvement in my sons motor skills and social skills. Thankyou Healthstin and Jack especially.
