Everyone is kind, supportive and they will help you with any problem you are having. They become really good friend really quickly and I like that.
Jack is really great. Listens to all your concerns. Educates and helps you to walk away feeling better than when you walk in. Clean friendly atmosphere.. extra perks being at the Aquadome highly recommend
Staff were always kind and friendly and members are lovely too. The large pool was too cold for sore joints and we had to go into that often. Not enough focus was put on clients to see if you needed different exercises but that was only some teachers so personal check ups were needed with discussions on pain management. In the gym you couldn't always get your machine and you never got to know other members so you felt very alone in the gym, group get togethers in the gym would help or maybe having a support partner in the gy... read more
My I time at the aqua dome was very good the team that was assigned to me were very good at keeping more positive when i needed that extra push tube pool was great both the warm and cold water.
Physics were great friendly good knowledge of what my injury was and how to help me
