This company thinks computers are more important than people. Actually it thinks Computers ARE people and that people are computers. Don't even think of calling them unless you have nothing better to do with 2 hours (minimum) of your time and enjoy listening to recorded voices saying inane bombastic, inflated and irrelevant things. I can't get out so I tried to pay my monthly premium before March 1,2015. I can't access my account online, For some reason health span webpage won't let me in. I tried calling all I get is put on hold for an hour. Now, I'm afraid in losing my benefits. Every time, I get my bill, I have a different account number. I don't know what to write on my check nor do I know where to mail it. Every since Health span bought out Kaiser it has been a pain in the butt.
