Due to an accidental fall I broke my hip and had to have a hip replacement. After my friend viewed several rehab facilities, I chose to do my rehab at the Vision Park facility of Encompass. I am so happy this facility was my choice. Upon arrival, new patients are greeted by a team consisting of nurses, case manager, therapist and others. I immediately felt at ease. Loved one sat in diaper for 3 days. No bath or change of clothes. Nurses are understaffed and only a few care about the patients. Stand outside the nurses desk and you can hear them making fun of patients and their family. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to Healthsouth of Huntsville, Al.

Yes, I felt informed when I left Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this hospitals's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
