My new dentist, who is already halfway through a process I asked for 3 years from HSODE... they called for a payment information and instead, the Eastgate people decided to say I was escorted out of their building. Never happened. That did prompt the dental associates to come back and comment "that was the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard. Also just tried to disparage me to my new dentist when they were called about dental information. No one EVER escorted me out of that building... and my new dentist said that WAS the most unprofessional move they've ever heard to try and cut me to a new practice. Way to go... provide the tapes where I was removed by escort imbeciles.
Also tried to steal $2100 from my insurance 6 months ago for services not rendered. They used to call it FRAUD!
Weakness personified in the profession. Some of the front ladies are OK... the travesty happens behind those closed doors. 5 years, and at least 2 years awaiting specific dental work... Nope, we are going to harass you and then say you threatened a dentist... but if you have all those films of whatever, then you should have the audio where I threatened the dentist...
