For 3 months I had debilitating sciatic nerve pain and I was almost helpless. My doctor ordered heavy pain medication and physical therapy which did not help. I tried the spinal decompression and it was absolutely painless and very relaxing. I feel like the person I used to be. I can do all my housework and garden work and can now sleep without pain.

My pain was in my lower back. It would be a sharp pain that would bring me to my knees. Burning and muscle spasms would follow. The decompression was amazing and has made a huge difference in my life. I now sleep at night without waking up. I haven't felt this good in a very long time.

I tried going to a pain clinic and taking darvocet or other strong pain killers for my lower back pain and constant leg pain in my right leg. I even had a nerve injection in my back that only lasted a couple of days. It kept me from sleeping at night and caused difficulty with daily tasks. HealthSource of Lexington is great because of the sincere atmosphere created by the staff and the belief in what they are doing to help me improve my health with a stronger back. My lower back is MUCH stronger now due to the weekly regimen that HealthSource has set up for me!

I came to HealthSource because I was having some pain and stress in my lower back. The chiropractor not only adjusted me but he did physical therapy that helped strengthen the muscles to help hold things where they belong. I feel great now! I continue to do the exercises I was shown during my physical therapy and this has motivated me to do more exercises. I am pain free and sleep a lot better. At HealthSource they treat the cause and not just the symptoms. The staff is excellent.

Several years ago I had severe lower back pain and spasms. Literally brought me to my knees. Thanks to the HealthSource staff and treatments I rarely have any back issues. Excellent care. HealthSource will give you fantastic results.
