Right from the start, HealthSource felt different from other chiropractic offices I’d been to. Taking x-rays of my spine made the care feel more thorough and personalized. I had a back/hip issue. I am an athlete and felt good about the interaction. They set me up on a program and consumed all my insurance coverage for Chiropractic care AND billed me for additional therapy that I thought was going to be mostly covered by my insurance. In hindsight they mostly cared about money and secondarily my health. I was out thousands of dollars.
Went here for a while, they had my hsa card on file, free to charge it whenever they wanted. Fast forward more than 4 years later I get a bill for services that I apparently did not pay for, 4 years later with no way to know if I actually received the services that long after the fact. But what am I going to do? Not pay it and tank my credit over a couple hundred dollars? Pretty scammy if you ask me. Never going to a health source again!
