I've been going to this clinic for a year and it's been a hit and miss. But the misses are pretty severe; over $100 in prescriptions that was wasted and severe delay in my prescriptions due to their lack of care and miscommunication. Coupled up with attitude from the staff for asking very reasonable questions regarding prescriptions, this place is currently run like a 711 rather than a pharmacy. I hope management takes hiring staff and training them more seriously.
Been using this pharmacy for a while and honestly, it’s been a great experience. Super easy to place orders, and going in person is quick and hassle-free. The staff are always friendly and know what they’re doing. Really happy with the service here!
Went in to transfer ensure for better service from pharmasave. She called the wrong pharmacy and said she could not locate my file. Insisted she did not know how to order the quanty of my ensure amount. Secretary lady interested and rushes presuming thinking I am fraudulent. I insisted to not leave without verifying that I do have an account. Pharmacist rushes me out. Bad service.
Been coming here for about 3 years. Always been great but it seems like they have new staff and possibly new management and the competency has definitely dropped. I'll be switching pharmacies very soon
