Worst methadone clinic ive ever been to in my 15 years in the program. The employees are rude inconsiderate and ignorant of their own policies and rules. They have violated HIPPA rights yelling patients private information across the lobby to another employee for everyone including other patients to hear on multiple occasions. They have charged us different prices on different occasions for the same thing and give us contradictory information each time we ask. Predatory place wouldn’t recommend they hold medicine and don’t treat you like a human being.
This place and the staff I could never give enough credit for their caring ,compassion ,heartfelt ,humility, towards me in my most darkest day! I sincerely love you people thanks for everything you’ve done for me through these past couple of years!!!!
The staff here is very RUDE especially the leader crystal! She treats you like you’re beneath her not knowing you may can be her boss! She lies and shows favoritism towards the patients. She always talk so ruff and harsh to you, but when her kind comes in she’s so polite! I come here for help not to be judged or treated like I’m not human. I would like for this review to address and directed to her boss.
This is definitely the place you want to go to for help to get sober. Everyone is always friendly. Yes I have changed counslers a couple of times but they have all been very friendly, caring and respectful. They are never crowded and you are usually in and out in a timely manner for pick up's.
