Ive been going here for a long time and never had a problem with phone calls, staff, nurses, waiting time, the Dr listening, checking in or out, or having my questions answered reg medications. Everything was handled very professional and knowledgeable.
I’ e been going over two years. Not once has the front glass been cleaned, my providers office has never been even dusted, I’m afraid to use the bathroom - it needs a good scrubbing and better lighting. Last time I was there the bathroom had no toilet paper. Previous time, the light bulb was burned out. The place is shabby. The whole place, including the doors need a coat of paint. LISTEN PEOPLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is a scam making sick people sicker. The office is horribly ran, the people they hire are rude, disrespectful, and smell like weed. The doctors will not listen to your concerns and push more meds on you to shut you up. You try to enroll in therapy along with your medication, and they cancel your appointments the day of or you show up and find out your therapist quit. (Yes this happened over and over).
