HealthQuest in Ferndale is beyond 5 star. From front desk to PTs to techs, every person I interacted with was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable but also sincerely friendly, present, empathetic,& genuinely kind.
This facility is by far the best I've ever been to! From the receptionist, all the way to the owner! Everyone, every step of the way has helped me with my injury and the unconditional kindness they showed everyone that walked in their doors is immense! Truly a wonderful place to have physical therapy done, and I'll recommend anyone to go here for true, honest, kind and gentle care in a peaceful and fun filled environment! Can’t say enough amazing things about HQPT Ferndale! Working with Kelly and her staff gave me my life back! She is smart, caring, and creates an environment of comfort and fun. No amount of doctors or tests could figure out why I had such pain and immobility, but Kelly got to work and I felt relief within weeks if not days. If you need PT, you have found the place!
Love the staff, the facilities are clean and everything went so smoothly.
Everyone here is great and amazing. Highly recommend it here. Kelly and her team are awesome. They took genuine interest in helping me get thru and always felt comfortable and taken care of to get me the results I needed. 💯
