I came in to Health Quest with a knee issue.. x-ray had ruled things out and I decided to go with PT instead of an MRI. WOW AM I GLAD I DID!! From my first appointment I was impressed with the listening skills and integrity of Kelly and the awesome staff. Appointment making was super easy and flexible, and any questions I asked were answered with good explanations. Can't say enough good things about HealthQuest. I was dealing with right knee and hip pain for over a year. I did the orthopedic, they suggested physical therapy. A friend recommended HealthQuest. I did the free assessment. It was very thorough and informative. There is no hard sell to sign up for therapy sessions. I did about 14 weeks, twice a week. Great experience at HealthQuest physical therapy in Ferndale! Discharged today after 16 visits and there's no doubt my ankles are better for it, quite possibly avoiding surgery in my situation. Kelly asks the necessary questions to assess the situation at hand and has no problem adjusting the protocol based on your feedback. The techs that take you thru your routine are so friendly and are sure to adjust your form if need be so you're making the most out of your visit.
