Tim, Manny and the whole team is committed to helping, teaching and healing the people that come in. I felt respected and valued as a client and have zero hesitation recommending this location and this team if you have rehab needs.
I highly recommend doing your rehabilitation / physical therapy at Health Quest in Troy. I did both my pre-op prep and post op rehab for my knee replacement at HQ. Tim, Manny and the entire HQ team were extremely attentive to my rehab needs and helped me to recover from my knee replacement. They also worked with me on my lower back issues. Both my knee replacement and back issues were successfully treated. I will definitely go back for physical therapy at Health Quest should the need arise. Thank you Health Quest!
This was by far the worst physical therapy experience I have ever had. As a physician myself, who is working through chronic pain, they were giving exercises that were detrimental to the areas that needed strengthening. They treat you like a number rather than a person. Others locations might be better, but I would not recommend this location to any friends, family, or my own patients.
I very much enjoyed my time at Health Quest, PT went well and I learned the do’s and don’ts on my everyday life with my shoulder. This will keep it healthy longer and avoid surgery. Everyone at this Health Quest has been great Thank you all Your good people
I just completed PT at Healthquest in Troy on John R for a second time. The first was for my shoulder which feels great, and this time was to rehabilitate after a total hip replacement at age 71. . I chose this facility again because of the expert care from Dave and Tyler, as well as the welcoming atmosphere. Mara was a great help overseeing my exercises to make sure they were done properly.
