Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! (Edited) I’ve been calling for three days straight to see Dr.Pettigrew. It doesn’t matter which option I choose on the phone. NO ONE ANSWERS!!!! I’m not the only one with this complaint! Don’t LIE & say you have “ self service options” when all it is is AI sending you a text message only to say THERE ARE NO BOOKINGS! the patient portal doesn’t even work ! You’re better off going to the office and setting an appointment in person. Which is inconvenient for those who work !
Huge shout-out to Sheneka at the front desk for going above and beyond for me. When I had a sudden change in my insurance status, she addressed my situation promptly and efficiently. Even though she doesn't personally handle insurance or medications, she took the initiative to immediately find the right person to take care of my needs. Her excellent communication and helpful attitude are greatly appreciated!
I had a minor issue with the front desk, but my concern was addressed promptly and professionally. I truly enjoy working with Dr. Lisa and appreciate the care and attention I receive during my visits. I look forward to my next appointment.
