I love my doctor here, but this is the worst and least professional clinic I’ve ever attended. You’ll end up waiting 1-3hrs. Every time. If you ask the reception what’s up or how much longer you get responses akin to “he’s running behind, what you gonna do about it?.” There’s always at least 1 pt losing it over the wait and causing a scene. They literally scheduled my first appointment on a holiday for which they are CLOSED! I actually drove all the way out in hopes that by some chance they were actually open because why else schedule an appointment for today and I should have known better but I really needed this appointment. It's very discouraging considering I was looking forward to finally talking to someone and hopefully finding some type of help. Ive been going here for a long time and never had a problem with phone calls, staff, nurses, waiting time, the Dr listening, checking in or out, or having my questions answered reg medications. Everything was handled very professional and knowledgeable.
I’ e been going over two years. Not once has the front glass been cleaned, my providers office has never been even dusted, I’m afraid to use the bathroom - it needs a good scrubbing and better lighting. Last time I was there the bathroom had no toilet paper. Previous time, the light bulb was burned out. The place is shabby. The whole place, including the doors need a coat of paint.
