Owner is practicing in office as Dr Akin. Read his reviews before going here. Do not go alone, record everything, bring an advocate if you are a woman. They will take advantage and rail road you. This place is just a giant waiting game. They schedule day of appointments squeezing every appointment they can in. Health quest has no issues having patients waiting 45 minutes for vitals and 2+ hours for a “brief” 10 minute visit. Also you’ll be charged if you are more than 15 minutes late . Health quest office staff could definitely benefit from some courses in customer service, but my doctor (saini) is absolute angel. The fact isß, I have been sober for almost eleven years because of health quest and finding them absolutely saved my life. HOWEVER, i find it hard to believe that not a single employee has been able to make it into the office this week. I know that it snowed, bc I have had to go to work and drive in it everyday.
