It takes forever to be seen even when you have the earliest appointment. Appointment was at 8 am I did not get seen until 10. They allow their patients to go without their medications for months, and it’s not even the patients fault. I once had a late appointment, just Dr. Fair to leave while I’m there in the waiting room, checked in waiting on her. Is there any way to get ahold of someone, a real person & not the virtual assistant? I have requested many appointments, filled out the form 2 times online, left voicemails for over a week & I haven’t heard a single thing back. It’s not an emergency, however, it is a priority.
Very unprofessional staff. The last at the front appointment desk talks to people any kind of way. Every time I bring my daughter I have to come back because they don't have meds. Not once BUT EVERY TIME
