I drove up here for nothing they didn’t send no email or texts about being closed today I had appt with my doctor at 8 am !!!! On time very unprofessional
Health quest office staff could definitely benefit from some courses in customer service, but my doctor (saini) is absolute angel. The fact isß, I have been sober for almost eleven years because of health quest and finding them absolutely saved my life. HOWEVER, i find it hard to believe that not a single employee has been able to make it into the office this week. I know that it snowed, bc I have had to go to work and drive in it everyday. I don't have an opinion on the staff yet as I have not yet been seen. I scheduled as appointment online for today only to get there and find out there closed. It's a holiday, I get that. But if your going to be closed, make sure your online scheduling software reflects that. This could have easily been avoided by just blacking out the whole day in the software so nobody could make an appointment today.
My visit at health quest is awesome Dr Sanni is a great doctor and the staff is wonderful wouldn't go anywhere else in the world
They never answer their phone calls and I can’t use patient portal
