Tried out one of the new Booty Barre instructors on Wednesday night (5:30 class). Alex was great! The workout was intense (but in a good way) and fun, and Alex was very encouraging. I appreciated how often she checked our form to make sure we were doing the moves correctly to help prevent injuries. Give her class a try!
I’ve been a member for years and love this place. They always have new classes, events and seminars. They’re always improving and their staff is friendly and helpful.
Been to Health since it opened. With their Tae Kwan Do Program, spinning classes, kick boxing classes, and unlimited access to their cardio machines plus weights, I got myself into the best shape in my life even tough I was in my forties. I’m 58 now but still, thanks to their great machines and equipment, I’m still in the best shape I could be for my age. Love HealthQuest!
