We’ve had to return three times in the past two months to have the same catheter replaced, which raises concerns about the quality of care and medical practices here. The front desk staff also often come across as rude and indifferent toward patients which makes an already difficult experience even more frustrating.
Just professional and very friendly people
Outstanding patient care with a focus on comfort. Had to get ultrasound done to check circulation and the warm blankets and the warmed up gel were unexpected and appreciated comforts. They really focused on making me comfortable while they did the procedure. They seemed incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I felt confident in the information they provided. Highly recommend and would happily return if I need circulatory care in the future.
I had a vein treatment here and had a great experience with this practice. Everyone was so kind and attentive. In particular, Magda, Ingrid, and Dr. Raggio took such great care of me. I am so thankful for the wonderful care and highly recommend this office.
