I had an urgent referral sent over for me to be seen asap and an admin got me scheduled for the 7th. They called me on the 5th stating they messed up and put me in a time slot that was not for new patients. I called back and the only next time they could get me seen was august 26th. I will unfortunately now need to go to the ER because my meds are not refillable and I am suffering to function daily.
