I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Delucia, but they literally canceled it hours before. We rescheduled, then they called me back 30 minutes later saying that appointment was also unavailable. Very unprofessional!
Do NOT use the pharmacy here. They do not understand how to bill secondary insurances. I am shocked at the incompetence. The SAME ISSUE happens every single time I have ordered a prescription refill where they do not understand that multiple insurances are allowed to be billed at once. Each time I have an argument, each time I call the central distributor and they “fix” it, then somehow the same issue happens again. Do they go and delete the information? The worst service ever,I had my appointment at 11 Am been there 10 minutes earlier nurse took me inside and she said the doctor will come in soon waiting 50 minutes another doctor which had no clue what is going on come and login to pc and then left she came after I complained where Is the doctor then waited 10 minutes and left their room, if you can reach to the patient why are you making appointment
Every time I’ve tried to book an appointment there I had some issue. The staff that does the booking are really rude, they made an error when I tried to book my wife, and finally when I tried to book my self since the guy remembered me he just didn’t hide being rude. I literally just decided to switch where I get my teeth cleaned now because I can’t schedule an appointment without some type of drama. Just incredibly poor experience there.
