Very frustrating office at times. Sometimes the staff is friendly on the phone but usually not so helpful. Placed on hold for long periods, they rush you off the phone and a couple in particular have rough attitudes. I like my doctor a lot when i can actually talk to him, but there is lots of red tape to get to see them and to get get prescriptions refilled.

I scheduled a physical over the phone. Did all the online paperwork. Last minute they tell me they don't do physicals on the first visit. You have to pay for a new patient appointment first. Then schedule a physical for a second visit. Bay Medial I don't have time for your games. Be upfront with your customers. Don't tell me you can do a physical then last minute say you can't.

Dr Patel wasn't pleasant to talk to and was of zero help. Office nurses are nice however the management of the office seems to be unstructured.
