HealthPoint Kent has the worst staff working there 30 minutes on hold just to get cut off
Health point dental could have more patience with mental health patients and breastfeeding mothers. This location could also have friendlier staff. Colleen, Kosar (both supervisors), Sabrina (dental assistant), Dr. Tseng were unfriendly, condescending and lacked patience with children. Their schedulers were made aware of my daughter's needs and my breastfeeding and I was advised that their dental professionals would be understanding because they are professionals. RecommendedThere are many Doctors available to choose from, including Medical, Acupuncture and Naturopath. Naturopath is my favorite!
