Unprofessional staff, dirty facility, always takes over 45 min AFTER my appointment time to get me back to my doctor, then when I'm less than 10 minutes late, they won't take me and already have someone in my spot. Save your time and just don't go here. There are MUCH better clinics out there. (I do like my doctor, but the front desk for medical and dental are kind of rude.)
The doctors here are horrible! Zero compassion, condescending, & extremely unprofessional. One of the most awful clinics I’ve ever been to, & I honestly wouldn’t refer my very worse enemy to this place. Pathetic!
Useless dr wasted multiple trips, refuses to fill my prescription after jumping through hoops and now have to find a new PCP because I'm not interested in changing medication from something that has and continues to work to their "recommendation" based on a single consult. Stay away from these quacks. If the script doesn't help them with big pharma kickbacks, they won't help you. They then recommended setting up a consultation to get resources for other primary care physicians that WOULD fill it... why not save me some time ... read more
Horrible customer service! We were late for 7 minutes and they didn't take us, I was always on time to my appointments, and had to wait for 20+ minutes before they saw me. Dr Wisikoski is the worst there, she numbed my tooth, my eye was watering and hurting all day long, everything was blurry......her answer to that was "I don't know" Careles!!! All she does is talking about her personal life with her assistant while you on the chair. I talked to the manager she was supposed to follow up with me.....I called her and left a m... read more
Horrible customer service, impossible to schedule family appointments without making 2+ visits for separately scheduled appointments. The people who schedule appointments don't listen to you and they type whatever they want in the notes 🙄 Will never be back.
