Do not go to James McAllister! In fact, I’d recommend avoiding this clinic altogether—find somewhere else. They seem to care only about collecting the visit fee. McAllister was an absolute disappointment, and this visit was a complete waste of money. He hides behind fancy words but lacks any medical ethics. I went to health point for severe back pain. I was hoping the doctor there would give me a shot of cortisone in my back but he said he couldn't so instead I had him give me cortisone shots in both knees. I have these shots in my knees about every three years. I noticed that when I get these shots my back also feels better for a while. Check in on 3rd floor was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I asked questions she spoke in a condescending voice. I normally go to healthpoint in Federal way but came here so my son could be seen sooner. The woman asked me if I had a physical copy of my insurance. I didn't have it with me and am waiting for a new card in mail. She said I would be billed.
